On September 21, Netcad welcomed a delegation of academics and students from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), led by Prof. Alias Abdul Rahman, to its Istanbul office.

The meeting focused on the use of digital technologies in urban development, urban planning, geographic information systems (GIS), and infrastructure projects. Both parties discussed how Netcad’s engineering and GIS solutions could contribute to academic research and education.

Key topics included artificial intelligence and next-generation technologies for satellite image processing. Participants also explored the potential of AI-powered spatial data analysis in urban development applications.

The discussions covered research and development activities, as well as potential areas for international collaboration. Cooperation between Netcad and UTM is expected to continue through joint projects and academic initiatives in the coming period.
