OVERVIEW

In smart cities, citizens can access planning information online 24/7 through the e-imar application. The purpose of the e-imar app is to allow citizens to obtain information via the web, without needing to visit the municipality, thus reducing the workload on the Zoning Department, which is often burdened by information requests.

User-Friendly Query Interface
The e-imar application features an easy-to-use interface that allows quick access to zoning status documents using block/parcel or address information, providing convenient access to current planning decisions, plan notes, and restriction decisions.
City Guide Integration and 360 Panorama
With the e-imar application, zoning status information for a queried parcel includes access to 360-degree views of the surrounding area. Functionality within the City Guide allows for direct zoning status outputs from queried block/parcel data. Additionally, users can select any point on the map to obtain the zoning status for the corresponding parcel.
Responsive Design and Mobile Compatibility
The responsive design ensures the best user experience on mobile devices.
Sharing Options
You can share the e-imar status on social media, convert it to PDF for saving, or email it.
Plan Information
In the e-imar application, you can view the satellite image of the area for which you obtained zoning status. You can zoom in to see details or zoom out to view the surroundings. Additionally, if there are multiple functional zones, you can view them as well.
Plan Notes Managed by Areas
In e-imar, you can add notes specific to planning zones or restrict access to zoning status for certain areas. If some regions need to be restricted from public access during the planning phase or for other reasons, or if a warning message should be displayed before showing information, you can add area-specific restrictions. These restrictions can include a warning note that prevents access to information within the restricted area, which can be shown or hidden as needed.
