NETMine Plan is an open-pit optimization and strategic mine planning solution.
It is utilized for reserve estimation to achieve the best and most accurate solution through the application of advanced and up-to-date optimization algorithms. To define the ultimate pit limit, cash flow calculations can be performed by incorporating initial capital expenditure, operating and processing costs, and ore sales prices into functional evaluations, while also accounting for process capacity constraints. Various alternatives can be evaluated, and the effects of parameter variations can be analyzed to determine the most economically viable production strategy. Additionally, feasibility studies can be conducted during the early stages of the project.
Through Monte Carlo simulation, hundreds of scenarios can be generated to reflect variations in ore sales prices, operating and processing costs, and recovery rates—enabling proactive assessment of potential risks to be managed.
Annual, quarterly, and monthly production schedules can be developed for ore within the ultimate pit limits, and corresponding pit surfaces representing each planning period can be generated. Using the MILP algorithm, all geotechnical and financial constraints can be resolved with high performance through solver-based optimization. Planning outcomes and process performance can be evaluated using advanced reporting tools, and different planning scenarios can be compared effectively using the Dynamic Plan Report.
