KEOS E-Imar is a zoning status inquiry application offered to citizens in municipalities. With the Smart Planning approach, citizens can have uninterrupted access to plan information both on mobile and web 24/7 via the E-Imar application.

The purpose of the KEOS E-Imar application is to enable citizens to access information requests, which frequently occupy the Zoning Directorate, over the web, without the need to come to the municipality, and thus reduce the workload of the relevant units.

KEOS E-Imar Public Display

The administrations and institutions authorized to approve the plan are obliged to notify the citizens of the plan and plan changes through announcements on the website during the public display period. The public display period, which is the last stage of the approval processes for the envisaged plans and plan changes, can be completed quickly with the capabilities of the KEOS E-Imar Public Display application.

The plans approved by the institution with KEOS. E-Imar Public Display are designed to be visible on the official website of the municipality online as soon as they enter the public display process and remain in the broadcast with map support during the public display period. Plan data, whose public display period is completed, can be automatically removed from the public display broadcast.

With this application, citizens will be able to access the plan changes over the internet during the public display period, thus the need to go to the municipality in person, which is tiring for both the municipality staff and the citizens, will lo longer be required, and more transparent management will be provided.

3D City Simulation

City plans can be simulated in three-dimensional environment with a single operation. Based on the construction and settlement conditions found in the plan data, city simulations can be produced with the Planet product or with a 3rd party software component.

Information such as urban land usage decisions, total construction area in each building block, maximum floor, building base area in the 2-dimensional plan data can be converted into 3D. In this way, planning decisions can be fully reflected on 3D.

With the help of 3D city simulation, the effect of the plan to be designed is revealed in a more understandable manner before the implementation. Value Based Planning
With the Regulation on the Value Increase Share Regarding the Development Plan Amendment, which was published in the Official Gazette dated 15.09.2020, it is mandatory to produce the real estate change analysis report and market analysis in order for the plan changes to come into effect.

In this context, it is necessary to analyze the current situation of the planning area according to plan change boundary and its status after the plan decisions are put into effect. We produce collaborations to report real estate valuation analyzes with our plan management systems that are open to integration. Real estate value change analysis on the basis of block/ parcel or selected planning boundary can be presented on web and mobile maps.

Data Services Integration
